ABOUT Christian
Christian Soto is an actor based in Rochester, NY with a unique blend of talents including guitar, piano, tennis, rock climbing, skateboarding and easy going personality. Acting since 2008 he has performed theater, film, commercial and voiceover work. His first play was an abridged production of A Midsommer Night’s Dream as Bottom and continued with a range of school plays including an original musical, More Than This, based on the music of Vanessa Carlton.
He works as a performance educator with theatre-based training company Impact Interactive. Using an array of theatre-based techniques, he works to stimulate dialogue and problem solving with the goal of creating a healthy and inclusive learning or working environments. He’s worked with Rochester Colleges including, RIT, U of R, St. John Fisher, Nazareth and FLCC covering a broad range of topics including sexual harassment/assault prevention, diversity in the classroom and team building.
Christian has been doing commercial, voiceover and background work for many years, and has worked with notable clients including Jeep Wrangler, Pfizer, Discover, Paychex, Canadaigua National Bank and State Farm.
